Read the warning row before you let either number decide. A package that voids on emergency caesarean is not a fixed price, and roughly a third to half of private-hospital births in Malaysia end in surgery: you do not choose which row will apply to you.

Price is not the safest way to choose

If your pregnancy carries extra risk, ask each hospital about NICU level, whether an anaesthetist is on site around the clock, and whether they have their own blood bank. Most mothers also pick their obstetrician first, then deliver at the hospital where that doctor admits. If you already have a doctor you trust, ask which of these two they can admit to.
