On price alone
Normal delivery: KPJ Shah Alam is RM510 cheaper.
Caesarean: One of the two does not publish this price, so there is nothing to compare.
Read the warnings row before you let either number decide it. A package that voids on an emergency caesarean is not a fixed price, and roughly a third to a half of private deliveries in Malaysia end up surgical — you do not get to choose which row applies to you.
Price is not the safest way to choose
If your pregnancy carries added risk, ask each hospital what level of NICU it runs, whether an anaesthetist is on site around the clock, and whether it holds its own blood bank. And most mothers pick their obstetrician first and deliver wherever that doctor practises — if you already have one you trust, ask which of these two they admit to.
